I've only had it for a few weeks so I haven't used it a ton, but so far it's been comfortable. It has a fold-out, full size mattress that's thin, but it's good enough for me as a guest bed. Assembly was super easy - just needed to screw on the little wooden legs. The picture I added may make it look a little wrinkly, but in person it's not bad at all. I ordered the in house shipping drop off option, and the delivery people were able to carry it up the stairs to my 3rd floor apartment. I have a wide stairwell, so that helped, but the box was huge and *very* heavy. It barely fit through my 3ft doorway so keep that in mind. The measurements online seem accurate.
