The couch arrived on time, and everything was intact upon delivery. All materials was easy to find. Of course upon putting the couch together was a challenge; there were only pictures, so we had to make sure we paid close attention to the picture instructions. Took my partner about 3-4 hours to put together ( she took breaks to freshen her eyes out). Once it was all put together, was satisfied with the overall look. As like everything you buy new, it was a little stiff. However, after a couple of weeks of breaking it in, it did become more comfortable. Still working on the backrest of the couch, as it’s still a little stiff as the only time it’ll get breaking into was when it’s folded out as a bed. When it’s laid out as a bed, it’s rather large; it fit myself, my partner and our cheweenie dog comfortably: I am 5 feet and my partner is 5’4. The only thing I didn’t really factor in was the arm of the couch; it’s rather short for my liking, but will manage. Overall, I am very satisfied with the purchase.
